Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM or meeting) of Members (Shareholders) of Brisbane Markets Limited ACN 064 983 017 (the Company) is to be held in the Fresh Centre Training Room, Ground Floor of the Fresh Centre, Brisbane Markets, on Wednesday, 15 November 2023 at 9am (Brisbane time).
Shareholder wishing to attend the meeting are asked to register their attendance by emailing shares@brisbanemarkets.com.au. We ask that such registration be made on or before 9am on Monday, 13 November 2023.
Any shareholder that is unable to attend the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend on their behalf or may send any questions that they wish to ask to the company prior to the meeting, as detailed in the Explanatory Memorandum. A summary of the meeting and responses to questions asked will be provided on our website after the conclusion of the meeting.
