BML’s Market Kitchen is a Brisbane City Council-rated commercial kitchen for hire, featuring the highest quality kitchen, catering and audio-visual equipment – all available for a fraction of the cost of a long-term lease or the capital cost to purchase your own equipment.
Our commercial kitchen is suitable for cooking demonstrations, food product launches, commercial cooking, food photography, catering and so much more and can be hired on a permanent or casual basis.
The kitchen and seating areas have also been specifically designed for individuals and companies in various food industries for the preparation and demonstration of food products.
Market Kitchen hire rates
First hour – $105
Two to four hours – $50 per hour
Five to eight hours – $40 per hour
24-hour exclusive use – $750
