One common problem in winter is keeping your skin healthy and supple with the lower humidity in the air. The good thing is eating lots of fruit and vegetables can help keep your skin maintain its elasticity. Head into your local fruit and veg shop to pick up some seasonal produce sourced from the Brisbane Markets to stay healthy this winter.
