Refreshing, crisp, and oh-so-delicious, these beauties make the perfect addition to salads and pair beautifully with a few slices of fresh bread. You’ll find an abundance of fresh Queensland-grown cucumbers from the Lockyer Valley and Darling Downs, along with fresh stocks from Northern New South Wales, ready to elevate your dining experience!
Last week’s pick, Mangoes, are starting to fill the Markets, with an impressive supply of Northern Territory grown Mangoes now available. While we await the juicy Queensland varieties to arrive from up north, these sweet treasures are sure to bring a taste of summer to your table!
Speaking of the tropical north, Pumpkins from North Queensland are still available at the Markets and the quality is simply outstanding. One of the most versatile vegetables around, Pumpkin pairs well with just about everything from dips to deserts. Lockyer Valley Broccoli is another fantastic buy this week!
