Stallholder Event Information – Closet Cleanout

Important: NO vehicle parking

Access and Bump-In Details

• Friday, 29 May, 2 to 4pm
• Saturday, 30 May, 3.30 to 5am

Additional Friday Access:

• Stallholders who bump in on Friday may wish to return on Saturday morning to deliver extra stock. This will be permitted only between 3 to 3.30am on Saturday.
• After 3.30am on Saturday, vehicle access will no longer be available for Friday bump-in stallholders. After this time, stallholders must use the designated Stallholder Car Park and bring items to their stall on foot.

Second Vehicle:

• If bringing a second vehicle, both the main and secondary vehicles must enter together, one directly behind the other.
• The second vehicle cannot tow a trailer.
• The second vehicle may be used only for unloading and must do so promptly. After unloading, it must either be parked in the Stallholder Car Park (CLA-2) or leave the site.

6m x 5.5m stalls: 

• Saturday, 30 May: 3.15 to 5am

Important:

• No Friday bump-in is available for 6m x 5.5m stalls
• Stalls have been specifically allocated to allow direct drive-in access. The main vehicle must remain parked within the stall space for the duration of the event.
• Trailers: If you are bringing a trailer, you are required to book two stalls. A single 6m x 5.5m stall does not provide enough space for both a vehicle and a trailer. Disconnecting a trailer on site is not permitted.

No. For safety reasons, early pack-down or vehicle access before 12.15pm is not permitted.
All Stallholders must trade until 12 noon and complete bump-out between 12.15pm and 2.15pm while wearing hi-visibility vests and enclosed footwear.

Stall fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Special Event Cancellation Policy.

Stallholders can sell gently used clothing, accessories and footwear. Please ensure items are clean and in good condition.

• No food or drinks

There are ATMs available very close by. One is located next to Rocklea Kebab and Pizza Shop (in the commercial strip of shops on Sherwood Road), and another is located at the Caltex service station just up the road from Saturday Fresh Market.

Stalls will be allocated by the SFM Team. Stallholders cannot select their own positions.

On the day, our Market team and security staff will be onsite to guide you to your allocated stall. Clear signage and marked bays are provided throughout the venue to help with navigation.

Yes. However, the person who makes the booking is responsible for following all market rules, including refund policy and safety obligations

Yes. All persons entering the Brisbane Markets must wear a hi-visibility vest and enclosed footwear during bump-in and bump-out periods.
