The practical completion of the Building N cold room extension is scheduled to be achieved by Monday, 13 February.
Steel framing, roofing, cladding, cold room panelling, asphalt resurfacing, concrete kickers and doorways are all completed.
Utilities services are complete, including fire, electrical, potable water, stormwater and sewer connections.
Along with the 557 m² cold room structure, the extension works also include a 104 m² under-awning area and 19 replacement parking spaces at the southern elevation of the site.
Minor fit out works, including Armco barrier and bollard installation, are expected to be completed over coming weeks in the lead up to practical completion, which is expected mid-February.
