What time can I Bump-in?
  • Friday, 9 October 2-5pm
  • Saturday, 10 October from 3.15am

Are stall booking fees refundable?

No. Stall fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Special Event Cancellation Policy.


What can I sell at Plantapalooza?

Approved items include:

  • Indoor and outdoor plants, succulents, natives, mature trees, and flowers
  • Hanging baskets, pots, planters
  • Gardening tools and equipment
  • Garden-themed homewares and apparel
  • Eco-friendly or sustainable garden and home items
  • Educational displays and gardening demonstrations
  • Product displays related to gardening or the environment

What items are not permitted for sale?

Do not bring or sell:

  • Counterfeit goods
  • Food or drinks for sale (without an approved food stall application)
  • Animals
  • Secondhand goods, weapons, knives, or illegal items

Can I sell items on behalf of someone else?

Yes. However, the Stallholder who books the site is responsible for complying with all stallholder obligations, including the Terms and Conditions, safety, and refund policy.


Can I leave early?

No. For safety reasons, early pack-down or vehicle access before 12.15pm is not permitted.
All Stallholders must trade until 12 noon and complete bump-out between 12.15pm and 2.15pm while wearing hi-vis vests and enclosed footwear.


Can I set up on Friday?

Yes. Approved bump-in is available on Friday, 9 October 2026 from 2 to 5pm. The Market team will contact all Stallholders to confirm access


How are stalls allocated?

All stall sites will be allocated by the SFM Team. Stallholders cannot select their own positions.


Can I promote my attendance at your event through your Facebook page?

Yes. Stallholders are encouraged to promote their attendance.
You may:

  • Tag the Saturday Fresh Market Facebook page in your own posts
  • Comment on our official Plantapalooza event post to share what you’ll be bringing

Is there an ATM onsite?

There is an ATM available at the Caltex service station just up the road from Saturday Fresh Market.


I haven’t been a Stallholder at this event before – how will I know where to go?

On the day, our Market team and security staff will be onsite to guide you to your allocated stall. Clear signage and marked bays are provided throughout the venue to help with navigation.


Do I need safety gear?

Yes. All Stallholders and helpers must wear hi-vis vests and enclosed footwear during bump-in and bump-out periods.

Stallholder Parking

Stallholders must park their vehicles in the Stallholder Car Park – CLA-2, or inside their stall area. Follow the directional signs to the car park, wear your Hi-Visibility vest. For avoidance of doubt, all other car parking areas are out of bounds.

The internal Stallholder car park is accessible from 3.15 to 5.30am. If a Stallholder requires parking after 6am, use the overflow customer car park (free parking) for ease of access and entry with a short walk to the event area. Please refer to the map below.
