Assignment of Lease:
Building C Unit C-28-C-29. Lamanna Premier Group Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to these Premises to Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd. Settlement occurred on 28 February 2022.
Building D Unit D-05. Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to these Premises to S & W Carter and George Spencer Pty Ltd (Carter & Spencer group). Settlement occurred on 25 March 2022.
Carter & Spencer will utilise these Selling Floor Premises to expand current operations from their existing leased Premises, Units D-06 and D-07.
Change in Corporate Control:
Building T Unit T-16. The Lessee, Convas Pty Ltd (the Fruitologists QLD), has undertaken a change in corporate control, with settlement occurring on 31 January 2022.
The previous directors, Con Leontsinis and Vasili Syrakos, have sold their business interests in Convas Pty Ltd.
New directors and shareholders are Shawn Pham and Van (Kirt) Pham.
Shawn and Kirt advise they will combine their existing secondary wholesaling business with the Fruitologist’s secondary wholesaling business and continue trading as the Fruitologists QLD.
Sublease:
Building P Unit P-03: In2Food(Operations) Pty Ltd (In2Food) entered into a sublease arrangement of these Premises with the lessee, H.E. Heather & Co Investments Pty Ltd (HE Heather & Co). The sublease commenced on 24 January 2022.
Building Y Unit Y-04: Simon George & Sons Pty Ltd entered into a sublease arrangement of these Premises with M & D Vegetable Specialists Pty Ltd. The sublease commenced on 1 February 2022.
