Assignment of Lease

Building R, Unit R-01. Atkinson Produce Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to this premises to Favco (QLD) Pty Ltd. Settlement occurred on 29 July 2022.

Building L, Unit L-02. Fresh Selections Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to this premises to Blenner Investments Pty Ltd. Blenner Transport (QLD) will operate the transport business from the premises under a sublease by conduct. Settlement occured on 10 June 2022.

Building S, Units S-01 to S-03. Peter McPhee as trustee and Glenis McPhee as trustee (Natures Fresh Food) have assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Natures Fresh Produce Group Pty Ltd. The new tenant will continue to operate from the premises as Natures Fresh Food, having also purchased the business operations from Peter and Glenis. Settlement occured on 10 June 2022.


Building X, X-01 to X-03. Red Horizon Pty Ltd as trustee has entered into a sublease agreement with FMD Produce Pty Ltd, a continuing sublessee a the Brisbane MarketsMarkets.

Building T, T-13 and T-15 – The sublease between Team Fruit & Veg and FMD Produce Pty Ltd is expiring on 31 August 2022 with FMD Produce Pty Ltd relocating to Building X-01 to X-03.
