New Lease

Fresh Centre, Unit FL1-15. The Australian Chamber of Fruit and Vegetable Industries Limited (Fresh Markets Australia) has entered into a new three-year lease of Unit FL1-15 on Level 1 of the Fresh Centre.

The lease commences on 1 August 2024. Fresh Markets Australia returns to the Markets and bring with them unparalleled industry experience and influence. This is a welcome addition to the Fresh Centre.

Assignment of Lease

Building X, Units X-05b to X-09. An assignment of lease has occurred over Units X-05b to X-09 from Garden Verde Pty Ltd to Habchi Logistics Pty Ltd. Settlement occurred on 9 July 2024.

Please note that Atkinson Produce (Murray Bros) continues to trade as Garden Verde from Selling Floor premises at Building D, Units D-11b, D-12 and D-13.

Habchi Logistics is the owner of Olley’s Orange in North Maclean, The Fruit Shed in Warana and, recently, the Rochedale Markets. They will use the Building X premises to consolidate their purchases for delivery to their retail stores.

Sublease

Building Z Unit Z-01b. The Lessee, Arcella Family Investments Pty Ltd (Arcella Banana) has entered into a sublease arrangement with Robby C & Robby G Pty Ltd (Indooroopilly Fruit) commencing 14 June 2024.

Meeting Room 1 is a boardroom-style meeting room with seating for up to 10 people. Audio visual equipment including teleconferencing, projector, whiteboard, tea/coffee and on-site catering available.

Meeting Room 2 and 3 are compact rooms with seating for up to four people. Whiteboard and on-site catering available.

A large, 75 m2 corporate boardroom is also available, with seating for up to 20 people. Audio visual equipment including teleconferencing, projector, whiteboard and room audio. Tea/coffee and on-site catering available.

Training Rooms

Cost: From $200 per half day

Training Room 1: This 49 m2 training room has the capacity to seat up to 16 people. 

Audio visual including two 65-inch LCD screens, data, whiteboard and on-site catering available. Tables and chairs included in hire. 

Can be used in conjunction with Training Room 2 and/or the kitchen.

Training Room 2: This 89 m2 training room can seat up to 60 people or around 150 people standing.

Audio visual including up to two mounted 65-inch LCD screens, projector, whiteboard and on-site catering available. Tables and chairs included in hire.
