NEW LEASE
Building G Unit G-16:The Bakelist Pty Ltd as Trustee (Annie Loves Cakes) has entered a new three year lease of the above Premises, commencing 1 September 2026.
Annie Loves Cakes is commencing their fit out works from 24 August 2026 and will be operating a commercial kitchen with retail sale of cakes, cupcakes, cookies and assorted baked items.
Annie has been baking for over a decade, and started Annie Loves Cakes to help make online cake shopping easy, fun, and engaging for everyone. Currently operating from a shared commercial kitchen, the business has experienced significant growth and it’s time for a space of her own. You can check out Annie’s custom creations here.
ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
Building G Unit G-02-13: Statpack Pty Ltd has assigned its business and the leasing rights to the Premises to Parcube Group Pty Ltd, with Settlement occurring on 31 July 2026.
Parcube Group Pty Ltd will continue to trade as Statpack and continue providing the same service to Market Users. Parcube Group owns three other newsagent stores across Queensland and will look to expand the Statpack business once they get settled in.
Now that Settlement has been effected, Statpack Pty Ltd is no longer a tenant at Brisbane Markets, after more than 20 years operating at the Site.
Building G1 Unit G1-01: Zen Yoga and Mindfulness Centre Pty Ltd (Zen Hot Yoga) has assigned its leasing rights to the Premises to Healing Strength Pty Ltd (Zen Movement), with Settlement occurring on 21 August 2026. Zen Movement have taken on a five year lease of the Premises and will take over the Zen Hot Yoga business. Zen Hot Yoga currently offers yoga and pilates classes and strength and movement classes.
Once minor works to the tenancy are complete, Zen Movement will look to expand their business, adding corporate classes, strength-based training, private sessions, and further catering to the retiree groups already taking classes.
Now that Settlement has been effected, Zen Yoga and Mindfulness Centre Pty Ltd is no longer a tenant at Brisbane Markets.
