NEW LEASE

Building G Unit G-29: Barbicrew Brisbane Pty Ltd – a Brazilian barbeque restaurant and catering business – has entered a five-year lease. The lease commenced 19 January 2026, and tenant fit out plans are being finalised with work to commence shortly.

Building F Unit FL1-15: Disruptive Packaging Pty Ltd has entered a new lease commencing 16 February 2026 for one year. Disruptive Packaging provide alternative solutions to conventional polystyrene and waxed cardboard packaging and are using the premises as an office for their operations.

ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE

Building V Units V-24, V-25: Nham & Co Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to the Premises to Valiant Holdings Pty Ltd. Settlement occurred 27 January 2026. Valiant Holdings operates Mega Discount Fruit Market at Calamvale and is a registered Buyer ZIMO. They will use the Premises to consolidate purchases from the CTA to send out to their store. With this assignment Nham & Co Pty Ltd are no longer a tenant of the Markets but remain a Buyer (HLFV) and SFM Stallholder.

Training Rooms

Training Room 1: This 49 m2 training room has the capacity to seat up to 16 people. 

Audio visual including two 65-inch LCD screens, data, whiteboard and on-site catering available. Tables and chairs included in hire. 

Can be used in conjunction with Training Room 2 and/or the kitchen.

Training Room 2: This 89 m2 training room can seat up to 60 people or around 150 people standing.
