Assignment of Lease

Building C, Unit C-20. T Produce Co Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Brisbane Produce Trading Pty Ltd. Nutrano Produce Group will trade from these premises under a related entity sublease by conduct. Settlement occurred on 24 December 2021.

Building D, Unit D-05. Freshmax Pty Limited has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd. Settlement occurred on 15 December 2021.

Building B, Units B-11, B-12. Sutton Estate Pty Ltd (Sutton Fresh Direct) has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Arcella Family Investments Pty Ltd (Arcella Bananas). Settlement occurred on 14 December 2021.

Building J, Units J-09 to J-12. Bidfood Australia Limited has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to LJP & Co Pty Ltd as trustee. LJP & Co is a new tenant to the Markets and was formed specifically to hold the leasing rights to the premises. S Poulimas and Sons Pty Ltd as trustee, trading as Spiro’s Fresh, will be operating from the premises under a sublease by conduct (related entity). Settlement occurred on 13 December 2021.

Building G2, Unit G2 L1-06. RPY Rocklea Pty Ltd (Rebalance Pilates and Yoga) has sold its business and assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Viva Leisure Property Pty Ltd (Viva Leisure). Viva Leisure operates over 120 health clubs within the ACT, NSW, Qld and Victoria, offering a range of different types of facilities. Viva Leisure will continue to operate the Rebalance Pilates and Yoga business from these premises with staffing to largely remain unchanged. Settlement occurred on 10 December 2021.


Building Y2, Unit Y2-02. J.E. Tipper Pty Ltd has entered into an agreement with the lessee, Spar Fresh Pty Ltd, to sublease these premises, commencing 1 January 2022. Fresh Selections Pty Ltd, the previous sublessee of these premises, has now vacated and will be operating from its Building M1, Unit M1-02 premises.

Vacation of Premises

Building U Unit U-2a – Spiro’s Fresh has been subleasing a part of these premises from Redlands Fresh Flowers and has now vacated the premises. Spiro’s Fresh will be operating from the Building J premises.
