NEW LEASE
Building G Unit GL1-13: Cobber Software Pty Ltd has taken a 12-month lease of the Premises which commenced on 1 July 2026.
Cobber Software is a software development start up and will be using the office primarily for their developers to work in.
Building F Unit FL1-11b: East Coast Hydraulics Pty Ltd has taken a two-year lease of the Premises which commenced on 24 July 2026.
East Coast Hydraulics primarily completes project management work and drafting of hydraulic plans for several industries and applications. They will be using the Premises as offices for their drafts people and client meetings after outgrowing their existing space.
ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
Building Z Unit Z-02: Samson’s Fruit & Vegetable Supply (NSW) Pty Ltd (Ross & Co) has assigned its leasing rights to the Premises to Rode Fresh Pty Ltd, with Settlement occurring on 9 July 2026.
Rode Fresh Pty Ltd has been temporarily subleasing the Premises whilst the Assignment takes place. Rode Fresh is a registered buyer (AKRF) and intends to continue to use the Premises to consolidate its purchases from the CTA.
Rode Fresh recently sold their Stafford store and pivoted their business to wholesale restaurant delivery services and weekend markets. Rode Fresh Pty Ltd also recently opened a new retail store, Ripley Fresh & Indian Grocery, in the Stockland Providence South Ripley Shopping Centre.
Now that Settlement has been effected, Samson’s Fruit & Vegetable Supply (NSW) Pty Ltd is no longer a tenant at Brisbane Markets.
