New Leases

Building G, Unit FGL-04. JD Refrigerated Transport Pty Ltd has entered into a new lease of these premises, commencing 1 November 2022. JD Refrigerated Transport will utilise the premises for office administration for its transport business.

Building K1, Unit K1-10. Open Futures Disability Services Pty Ltd currently leases Unit K1-09 and has entered into a lease of neighbouring unit K1-10. The tenant will be operating from Unit K1-10 as Redfern Rehab.

Assignment of Lease

Building A, Unit A-24. Green Endeavour Pty Ltd (Fruitlink) has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Sutton Estate Pty Ltd. Sutton Estate will operate from the premises as SFD (Qld) Pty Ltd (Sutton Fresh Direct). Settlement occurred on 16 September 2022.

Subleases

Building Q, Unit Q-01. Marketlink (Bne) Pty Ltd has entered into a new sublease of Unit Q-01 with Rombola Family Farms Pty Ltd, commencing 24 October. Rombola Family Farms is a new tenant to the markets.

Building T, Units T-07 to T-08. BPK Pty Ltd (Shamrock Marketing) has advised that the sublessee, Dave’s Wholesale Pty Ltd (Coastal Fresh) has vacated the premises.

Building V, Unit V-24. The lessee, M & D Vegetable Specialists Pty Ltd, has entered into a sublease arrangement of a part of these premises with a new tenant to the markets, Abbas & Co Pty Ltd. The sublease commenced 5 October 2022.
