Assignment of Lease
Building C, Unit C-03. The leasing rights to these premises have been assigned from Springpine Pty Ltd T/A Market Eggs Supplies to Market Eggs Pty Ltd as trustee. The new lessee has also purchased the Market Eggs Supplies business operations and will continue to trade from the premises as Market Egg Supplies. Settlement occurred on 5 October 2023.
Building M, Units M-17 to M-22. The leasing rights to these premises have been assigned from Louca Super Pty Ltd as trustee T/A Vegie Express to PRM Block M Pty Ltd as trustee. The new lessee will trade from the premises as Big Michael’s Fruit & Vegetables Pty Ltd (Big Michael’s). Big Michael’s has also purchased the Vegie Express secondary wholesale business operations and vehicles. Big Michael’s is transitioning its business operations from Building E to operate from the Building M premises. Settlement occurred 5 October 2023.
Building D, Units D-01, D-04W, D-LOA and D-02W. The leasing rights to these premises have been assigned from Gollagher Bros Pty Ltd to Fresh Beleaf Pty Ltd (Fresh Beleaf). Fresh Beleaf, a new tenant of the Brisbane Markets, has also purchased the Gollagher Bros’ business operations and will continue to trade as Gollagher Bros. Settlement occurred on 15 September 2023.
Building B, Units B-20 and B-21. Montague Fresh Qld Pty Ltd (Montague Fresh Qld) has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to John Potter Pty Ltd as trustee.
Building B, Unit B-22. W.F. Montague Pty Ltd (Montague Fresh Qld) has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to John Potter Pty Ltd as trustee. Settlement occurred on 17 November 2023.
Sublease:
Building X, Units X-14, X-15. Springpine Pty Ltd has entered into a sublease arrangement of these premises with Thi Ngoc Hoa Nham (Cindy Nham) who operates Healthy Lifestyle Fruit and Vegetables.
Building P, Unit P-03. H.E. Heather & Co Investments Pty Ltd as trustee has entered into a sublease arrangement of part of these premises with Fresh Time Pty Ltd, a new tenant to the Markets. Fresh Time will operate a fruit and vegetable import/export business from the premises.
Building P, Unit P-03. H.E. Heather & Co Investments Pty Ltd as trustee has entered into a sublease arrangement for part of these premises with Lavender & Sons. Lavender & Sons has now vacated Building Z Unit Z-02.

Building G, Unit G-20b. 101 Print has entered into a new lease of these premises, commencing 1 November 2023. 101 Print 101 is a printing organisation that receives online printing orders, arranges the printing and then delivers same to their customers.
