NEW LEASE
Building K1 Unit K1-04: Australian Macadamia Society (AMS) has taken a new two-year lease of the above Premises, commencing 1 October 2026. There will be a short period commencing this week, where AMS will have early access to the Premises for moving in.
AMS is the industry body advocating for the macadamia industry and represents approximately 75% of Australian Growers who are responsible for roughly 85% of Australian production of macadamias. AMS will be using the Premises as offices for their Brisbane team, where they will collaborate with industry, and continue to influence and advocate for the macadamia industry. AMS is also actively involved with the protection and conservation of Australia’s rare wild macadamia trees through the endangered species recovery plan.
