Brismark and Brisbane Markets Limited joined forces to participate in the Brisbane Careers and Employment Expo at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from 21 to 22 May 2022.
Attended by an estimated 13,000 high school students, university students and adults looking at changing careers, the expo helped position the Brisbane Markets as a dynamic career destination with a wide range of employment opportunities.
Marketing collateral created for the event included a Brisbane Markets careers brochure, 3 m wide banner wall, flyers and digital ads promoting current vacancies. Stand visitors were encouraged to register for a markets tour and enter our competition to win a $250 gift voucher.
The team also engaged career advisors and training providers about potential partnerships and working relationships to promote the Brisbane Markets as an attractive career destination. Contacts and leads were established, with opportunities to formalise communications with this cohort.
