The shadow cast from Building N’s new extension gives an indication of the size of the space it will occupy early in 2023.
With the structural steel in place and roof nearly complete, the 577 m² structure adds an impressive addition to Building N which will see the estimated gross lettable area of the building increase to over 2,000 m².
The slab is due to be poured and insulated panel installed by the end of 2022.
Services installations will progress from early January and the building is due for completion in February 2023.
