New Lease

Building G2, Unit G2 L1-7. Let’s Get Physio Qld Pty Ltd, a physiotherapy business, has entered into a new 5-year lease of these premises. The lease commences on 11 December 2023. Tenant fitout works will commence shortly afterwards with the tenant operating from the premises once works are completed. This is a welcome addition to the health and wellness precinct at Building G2 and the Commercial Centre.

Assignment of Lease

Building S, Units S-01 to S-03. Natures Fresh Produce Group Pty Ltd as trustee (Natures Fresh) has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to GMF Markets Pty Ltd as trustee (BG Brisbane). Settlement occurred on 4 December 2023.

Sublease

Building X, Units X-13 to X-17. The lessee, Springpine Pty Ltd, has entered into a new sublease agreement for these premises with Natures Fresh. The sublease commenced on 1 December 2023.

Building E, Unit E-01. PRMA Property Pty Ltd as trustee (Big Michael’s) has entered into a new sublease agreement for these premises with Produce Art Pty Ltd.

Building T, Unit T-04. The sublessee, Providore Princess, will be vacating the premises on 14 December 2023.

Building P, Unit P-03. Fresh Time Pty Ltd vacated these subleased premises on Friday, 8 December 2023.
