Assignment of Lease
Building U: Nijjar & Sons Pty Ltd (Redlands Fresh Flowers) have assigned their leasing rights to the Premises to Lynch Market Flowers Brisbane Pty Ltd (Flower HQ). Settlement occurred on 28 November 2025. Redlands Fresh Flowers are no longer Tenants of the Flower Market, however they will continue to deliver to the Flower Market as a Transporter.
Building V Units V-18, V-1,9 V-20, V-21: Veivers Property Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to the Premises to Nomcrest Pty Ltd (GNL Produce). Settlement occurred on 12 December 2025. GNL Produce occupies Building V Units 16 – 17 and will expand its operations into the new Premises.
Building V Unit V-09, V-10, V-11: Veivers Property Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to the Premises to The Standard Market Company Pty Ltd. Settlement occurred on 12 December 2025. The Standard Market Company occupies Building V Units 12 – 15 and will expand its operations into the new Premises.
Veivers Property Pty Ltd is no longer a Tenant of the Brisbane Markets.
Subleases
Building X Units X-13, X-14, X-15, X-16, X-17: Mane & Nham Pty Ltd has entered into a sublease arrangement with Q State Wholesalers for the Premises, commencing 1 January 2026. Q State Wholesalers will be using the space to consolidate their purchases from the CTA and distribute to their customers.
