Assignment of Lease
Building A, Unit 23. The leasing rights to these Premises have been assigned from RDSMC Pty Ltd as trustee and Meek Superannuation Pty Ltd as trustee TO Meek Superannuation Pty Ltd as trustee (United Organics). Settlement occurred on 30 June 2023.
Building R, Unit R-05, R-06. The leasing rights to these Premises have been assigned from Perfection Fresh Brisbane Pty Ltd, To Jock’s Boys Super Pty Ltd as trustee (M&D Vegetable Specialists). Settlement occurred on 30 June 2023.
Building C, Units C-20, C-21. Brisbane Produce Trading Pty Ltd and Nutrano Produce Group Pty Ltd entered into a joint contract of sale with John Potter Pty Ltd for the sale of leasing rights to these premises. Settlement occurred on 6 April.
Building Z, Unit Z-01a. Green Endeavour Pty Ltd entered into a contract of sale with Arcella Family Investments Pty Ltd (Arcella Banana Co) for the sale of leasing rights to these premises. Settlement occurred on 6 April.
Building Y2 Units Y2-02, Y2-04, Y2-05. The leasing rights to the above Premises have been assigned from Spar Fresh Pty Ltd to Morco Fresh Queensland Pty Ltd, a related entity of an existing tenant which operates as Morco Fresh Qld from Building Y2 Units Y2-01 and Y2-06. Morco Fresh Qld will extend its current operations from Y2-01 and Y2-06 to include Y2-02. Settlement occurred on 8 June 2023.
The sublease of Y2-04 and Y2-05 to V. One (Aust) Pty Ltd will continue as is, with the head tenant now Morco Fresh Queensland Pty Ltd.
Building G, Unit GL1-14a. Cloud 9 Youth Services Pty Ltd (Cloud 9 Youth and Support), an NDIS service provider, has entered into a new lease of these premises. The lease commenced on 20 April 2023.
Building F Unit F GL-06. Premier Fresh Australia Pty Ltd has entered into a new lease of these premises, with the lease to commencing on 1 May 2023.
Building K1 Unit K1-01 Merriwill Pty Ltd (Williamson Solicitors) has entered into a new lease of these premises, commencing on 15 May 2023.
Building L1. Lindsay Fresh Logistics Pty Ltd has entered into a sublease arrangement with JS Fresh Fruit Co Pty Ltd (Amazons Family Fresh Markets and Bellas Fruit Market).
Building F1. Metcash Food and Grocery Pty Ltd (Metcash) (IGA) has entered into a sublease agreement with Dave’s Wholesale Pty Ltd as trustee (Coastal Fresh) to sublease a part of Building F1.
Building J, Units J-15,J-16. George and Tsambica Manettas (Earth Markets) have entered into a sublease of a part of these premises with EM OPS Pty Ltd. EM OPS has purchased the Earth Markets fruit shops business and will continue to operate the Earth Markets’ business from the premises. George and Tsambica will continue to operate from a part of the premises as buyers for various regional fruit shops.
Vacation of Premises
Building G, Unit GL1-06-07. VG Fresh Exports has vacated these offices at the expiry of the lease. However, they will continue as a sublessee within the Northern Industrial Precinct.
Building G, Unit GL1-15. Tim Lowe Building Design has vacated these offices at the expiry of the lease on 31 May.
