Assignment of Lease

Building A, Units A-19 and A-20. Arcella Family Investments Pty Ltd (Arcella Banana Co) has assigned the leasing rights to these Premises to Fussy Fruit Wholesale Fruit & Veg Pty Ltd. Settlement occurred on 14 February 2023.

Building C1. W.F. Montague Pty Ltd (Montague) has assigned the leasing rights to Building C1 to Perfection Fresh Australia Pty Ltd. Settlement occurred 28 February 2023.

Building G1, Unit G1-02. The leasing rights to these Premises have been assigned from Brisbane Markets Family Practice Pty Ltd to MLD Rocklea Pty Ltd.

Building G, Unit G-18. Two exciting new businesses, Aspire Crystals and Wellness and PrettyTiedUp, have taken temporary occupation of Unit G-18. Both businesses are current Saturday Fresh Market stallholders, looking to dip their feet into a more retail-based situation.

Building K1 Unit K1-06. Open Futures Disability Services Pty Ltd has moved from its previous locations at Units K1-09 and K1-10 in Building K1 to undertake a new lease of Unit K1-06. Open Futures required larger premises to service the growing needs of this NDIS service provider business.
