Assignment of Lease

Building V, Unit V-22, V-23. M & D Vegetable Specialists Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to C.R. Wright Investments Pty Ltd. Colin Wright, principal of C.R. Wright Investments Pty Ltd, operates Rochedale Markets, a fruit and vegetable shop that operates 7 days a week. Settlement occurred on 6 February 2024.

Sublease

Building T, Units T-01 to T-06. The Tenant, AG (Qld) Pty Ltd as trustee, VYT Pty Ltd as trustee and Ripeway Farms Pty Ltd as trustee (Morco Fresh) has entered into a sublease arrangement of these premises with BPK Pty Ltd (Shamrock Marketing). Morco Fresh has relocated its storage and consolidation operations to Building Y2, Units Y2-04 and Y2-05.

Building Y2, Unit Y2-05. Providore Princess has relocated from subleased premises in Bldg T Unit T-04 to sublease Unit Y2-05 in Building Y2. The sublease commenced 15 December 2023.

Building T, Units T-07 to T-09. V. One (Aust) Pty Ltd has relocated from subleased premises Units Y2-04 and Y2-05 in Building Y2. The sublease commenced on 15 December 2023.

Vacant

Building V Units V-08, V-09. The sublessee, VG Fresh Exports, has vacated these premises and is no longer a Tenant of the Brisbane Markets.
