Assignment of Lease

Building A, Unit A-14: Pro Investments Pty Ltd (Guia Produce) has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Green Endeavour Pty Ltd. Pro Investments Pty Ltd is no longer a tenant of Brisbane Markets.

Building A Unit A-15. John Potter Pty Ltd as trustee (John Potter) has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Green Endeavour Pty Ltd. Green Endeavour Pty Ltd will trade from Units A-14 and A-15 as Wholesale Produce Australia.

Building B Units B-26, B-27a. Perfection Fresh Brisbane Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to John Potter Pty Ltd as trustee (John Potter).

Settlement of the above three dealings occurred on 9 May 2022.

Subleases

Building P Unit P-02. H.E. Heather & Co has entered into a sublease of these premises with Fussy Fruit Wholesale Fruit and Veg Pty Ltd (Fussy Fruit), a new sublessee to Brisbane Markets.
