New Lease

Building G Unit GL1-15: Aura Plus Creation Pty Ltd is a new commercial Tenant where their main business activity is online retail business operations. They moved into their new office on 20 May 2024.  BML welcomes this new addition to the Markets’ commercial sector.

Building G Unit GL1-2b: Current Tenant SMA Marketing Pty Ltd will be relocating to their new office premise at Building G Unit GL1-2B. This is effective from 20 May 2024.  SMA Marketing will be vacating their current office at Building F, Unit F-GL Office 3.

Assignment of Lease

Building D, Units D-11b, D-12 and D-13: The leasing rights to these premises have been assigned from Garden Verde Pty Ltd to Atkinson Produce Pty Ltd (Murray Bros). Murray Bros will continue to trade from the above premises under the trading name Garden Verde.

Building G, Unit G-17: Wicked Toys Australia Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to these premises to Harvest N Joy Pty Ltd. Yadi Ji (Joyce), principal of Harvest N Joy Pty Ltd and Yao Huang (AJ) will continue to operate the Premises as Rocklea Tobacco with the business being retail sales of tobacco and vape products. Settlement occurred on 13 May 2024.

Building U Unit U-04: Jakes Trading Pty Ltd has assigned the leasing rights to their related entity Vegie Prepi Pty Ltd as trustee.  Their business operations at the premises will continue to be the warehousing and processing of vegetables. Settlement occurred on 20 May 2024.

Sublease

Building J, Unit J-12: The sublessee, is Gosal Australia Pty Ltd who have subleased the unit from LJP and Co Pty Ltd, trading as Spiro’s Fresh. Gurnam, director of Gosal Australia Pty Ltd (Vegie Depot) will use the premises for the storage and consolidation of the fresh produce prior to delivery to external customers which include schools and cafes.

Building S, Units S-01, S-02, S-03: The sublessee, is Superior Produce Pty Ltd who have subleased the unit from GMF Markets Pty Ltd (BG Brisbane). Superior Produce were previously subleasing at Unit X-05 B and X-06 and have relocated to Units S-01, S-02, S-03 commencing 1 May 2024.
